The Agency Legal Talent is hiring a Principal Recruiter to join its growing team in the Cayman Islands.
  
This is a specialised role, where the successful applicant will be working hand-in-hand with the Recruitment Manager in providing full service recruitment services to law firms, companies and legal professionals in the Cayman Islands.
  
Job description

• Provide full-cycle recruitment services to legal clients and candidates, working in partnership with clients and candidates to provide the highest standards of service delivery.
• Effectively use various sourcing strategies to identify suitable legal candidates for clients, advise on Cayman’s legal recruitment market, screen resumes and interview suitable applicants.
• Build and manage client portfolios by using a variety of sales techniques and working to targeted sales expectations as set by Management.
• Management of business development in the legal field, understand clients’ businesses and staffing requirements and apply applicable recruitment methodologies and solutions.
• Effectively manage existing business relationships.
• Work in line with overall company sales structure and strategy to ensure excellent personal performance, whilst adding value to overall company performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience with at least 2 years agency recruitment experience within the legal industry.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to tight deadlines with high sales targets.
• Proven track record of utilising specialist recruitment techniques such as headhunting, pin-point recruitment, and social sourcing.
• Proven track record with hitting defined revenue targets and business development metrics.
• Proficient with recruitment CRM systems and Microsoft Office products including proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Preference will be given to Caymanian applicants.
