What types of personal data do we collect?

The specific type of data we collect depends on how you interact with us. Examples include:

• Job Applications: Resume/CV containing your name, personal email, address, immigration status, job title, skills, experience, qualifications, employment history.

• Technical Assessments: To assess your suitability for certain roles on behalf of a client we might store test results relating to aptitude/psychometrics.

• Video Interviews: In some circumstances as part of the recruitment process you might be required to provide a video interview submission.

• Criminal Background Checks: To meet our obligations to clients, we collect and retain police clearance certificates and may verify applicant information against publicly available court records in the Cayman Islands.

• Immigration Documentation: To comply with legal requirements, we collect information about your immigration status to confirm your eligibility to work in the Cayman Islands. This may include copies of immigration documents such as Caymanian Status certificates, birth certificates, voter’s cards, Permanent Residency certificates, work permit approvals, dependent stamps, or visitor stamps.

• Qualifications: We may collect and store copies of your educational transcripts, certificates, and professional qualifications to verify your suitability for roles in accordance with our obligations to clients.

• Photo Identification: Copy of the photo page of your passport.

• Employment Information: Current and expected salary, bonuses, benefits, notice period, interview availability, dependents information for insurance, and any necessary accommodations.

• Cookies and Analytics Data: Anonymous information about browsing behaviour collected through analytics tools.

How do we collect your personal data?

We only collect personal data for the purposes it is requested for, meaning we will never share your data with any third party without your prior consent. There are several instances where we will need to provide your personal data out of necessity as part of the recruitment process.

We collect personal data directly from you via:

  • Gathering publicly available information where legally permitted
