Calling all investment funds and corporate lawyers! A leading offshore firms is looking for a lawyer with funds experience at Associate - NQ-5PQE -  level, to be based in Jersey. 
   
The role would be ideal for lawyers from the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand who have some exposure to investment funds work and want to learn more. The work is a broad range of establishing, managing, restructuring and liquidating various types of funds and corporate structures, structured acquisitions and tax and regulatory matters, as well as advising on venture capital, private equity and real estate funds.
   
Training in the new jurisdictions will be provided, career progression is excellent, and junior lawyers have great client and partner contact, leading to faster development as a lawyer.
