A top offshore firm is looking for a lawyer with experience in non-contentious trust matters to join their well-regarded International Trusts and Private Client (ITPC) practice, with the role based in Guernsey. Ideal PQE range is 5/6PQE+, as the role is Senior Associate level. Barristers are welcomed and STEP qualification - or the desire to work towards it - is a bonus. 
  
The role is focused on Private Wealth advisory and structuring, advising on Guernsey matters, working closely with the dispute resolution team on trust matters, and with the orporate team, on private funds and corporate structures for private clients.
