The Agency Legal Talent seeks a Recruitment Manager to spearhead its operations and growth.
  
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:  
  
  • Development and oversight of The Agency Legal Talent’s strategic objectives revenue targets, finances, growth plans and the shaping of a positive company 
  • Recruitment, onboarding and supervision of the company’s internal employees 
  • Responsible for ongoing and targeted business development initiatives, including cold-calling prospects, arranging and attending client meetings and event attendance.
  • Continuously providing full-cycle recruitment services to clients, working in partnership with clients and candidates to provide the highest standards of service delivery
  • Develop, implement and enforce the company’s financial objectives through forecasting, preparing annual targets for staff members and overall ensuring the company’s finances are in sound order 
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding individual and team billing targets, KPI’s and managing divisional financial forecasts
  • Continually expanding employees’ development and technical knowledge in the recruitment industry through regular training and ‘on-the-job’ training sessions 
  • Development and oversight of the company’s marketing initiatives and social media strategies 
  • Maintaining compliance with labour laws and the Cayman Islands’ financial, data and corporate regulations and legislations 
Requirements:
  • Five or more years of 360 agency legal recruitment experience
  • Strong knowledge of the legal recruitment sector within the Cayman Islands
  • Prior management experience in a recruitment context.
  • A bachelors degree or equivalent in law or related field
  • Proven and consistent track record of meeting high billing targets and managing financial forecasts
  • Experience with marketing and social media strategies 
  • Proven track record as a relationship builder
  • Previous experience managing or supervising junior recruiters
