The Agency is assisting a global offshore law firm in search of a Counsel to join its market-leading Insurance practice in the Cayman Islands.
 
This international law firm advises global insurance, reinsurance, and asset manager clients. The team advise on both regulatory and transactional matters and collaborate closely with their colleagues in the firm's other offices.
 
As the successful candidate, you would advise a broad range of international clients on M&A, portfolio transfers, restructurings, and cross-border transactions. You would also advise clients on an array of regulatory issues.
 
The successful candidate would be expected to contribute to business development initiatives and further strengthen existing client relationships. You should have an established reputation within the insurance market, ideally with experience gained at a well-regarded firm.
 
The firm could offer a highly attractive remuneration structure and a clear path to progression.
