The Agency is assisting an international law firm in search of an Associate to join its Insurance practice in the Cayman Islands.

This role would see you providing timely and commercial advice to global insurers and reinsurers. You would advise on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters including: M&A, portfolio transfers, reinsurance transactions, and governance.
 
You would be expected to collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to provide international clients with prompt and accurate advice accounting for relevant regulations in the markets in which they operate.
