The Agency is recruiting for a Regulatory Lawyer to join a well-regarded offshore firm's offices in the Cayman Islands. This firm is regarded globally as one of the most reliable legal service providers in the offshore legal sector and its Regulatory practice has been growing steadily busier in recent years.

As the successful candidate, you would be advising internal teams and external clients (including investment banks, fund managers, private equity sponsors and investors) on the regulation, governance and continuous operation of Cayman Islands domiciled funds, insurance companies, as well as the regulatory aspects of corporate and finance transactions.

You would have the support of well-established regulatory and transactional senior fee-earners, have a healthy amount of autonomy with the firm's clients and opportunity to progress your career faster than typical in the jurisdiction. The firm is also known for its reasonable (and attractive) target hours, remote working flexibility and professional working environment.

Candidates should be between 5-8 PQE and be admitted to practice in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction (i.e. England & Wales, Scotland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand).

In return, the firm could offer a salary up to US$190-240,000 + one of the most attractive bonus structures in the jurisdiction, full premium health coverage as well as relocation assistance if necessary.
