The Agency Legal Talent is assisting an international law firm in search of an Associate to join the firm’s growing Investment Funds team in Grand Cayman.
  
This is a law firm that has a strong reputation in the jurisdiction for the strength of its funds practice, positive office environment and fee-earner career development.
  
As part of an internationally renown Investment Funds practice, you would be collaborating with a diverse range of large and medium-sized fund managers primarily in North America and elsewhere. You would be involved in various fund transactions and related regulatory issues throughout the entire lifecycle, along with associated corporate transactions, including M&A.
  
Requirements:

• Around 5-8 PQE with funds experience at a reputable international firm;
• Offshore experience would desirable;
• Admission to practice in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada;
• A strong academic background.

Lawyers coming from an M&A background with an interest in funds are also encouraged to apply.

The firm could offer a salary in the range of US$190-240,000 + attractive annual bonus. You would also receive premium health insurance (with contributions for dependents), 25 days’ annual leave and a range of other ancillary benefits.
