The Agency is assisting a highly regarded global offshore law firm in search of an Associate to join the firm's Investment Funds practice in the Cayman Islands.

The successful candidate will be providing legal advice to top-tier onshore counsel and global investment managers on all aspects of fund lifecycles and regulatory matters. You would also be expected to participate in the firm's business development initiatives in the Cayman Islands and overseas. 
  
Candidates must be 5-7 PQE and have existing corporate or funds experience.
