The Agency Legal Talent agency is assisting a reputable offshore law firm in search of a Counsel to join the firm's Litigation practice in Grand Cayman.

As the successful post-holder, you will be working on all aspects of litigation & insolvency processes (with opportunity for advocacy), including disputes concerning complex financial disputes and major commercial litigation, litigation involving cross-border issues, contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, asset tracing and recovery actions.

Requirements:

• Must have 10+ years post qualification experience within a reputable dispute resolution practice.
• Strong Academic background
• Excellent knowledge handling complex, cross-border disputes
• Excellent analytical skills, to review the background and identify the key legal issues 

Salary: up to US$315,000 + discretionary bonus + wide range of ancillary benefits
