A top offshore firm is seeking a 2-3PQE UK or BVI-qualified lawyer, for a Regulatory position in their BVI office.

The role would encompass a wide range of financial services regulatory and compliance issues, including AML/CFT/PF, sanctions, beneficial ownership, data protection, FATCA/CRS, economic substance, Country by country reporting (CbCR) and other international regulatory initiatives, as well as contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters, including reporting and governance obligations.
