I am working with a strong offshore firm who are looking for a non-contentious private client associate for their Guernsey office, in the 1-4PQE range. Lawyers should be ambitious and capable. 
  
The role encompasses the drafting of offshore trusts and foundations and supplemental deeds (such as DORAs, instruments of appointment, indemnities, assignments and novations) and legal opinions, and advising on trustee fiduciary duties.
  
The role has good progression, and a solid remuneration package (with bonus, benefits and relocation) at 20% income tax. The work-life balance is excellent, making this a great move for lawyers with families or those looking to enjoy Guernsey’s beautiful, beachfront lifestyle.
