The Agency Legal Talent is assisting one of the Cayman Islands' top law firms to hire a junior to mid-level investment funds lawyer.

This is a global offshore law firm that works with many of the world's leading financial institutions. The role would suit a 3-7 PQE funds lawyer who is looking for a role that enables a high level of responsibility, excellent client exposure, a pleasant working environment and attractive target hours.

The role would involve private fund establishment, ongoing regulatory matters throughout fund lifecycle, and related corporate transactions. The successful candidate would be working closely with two hands-on funds partners and have a performance-based and transparent progression path.

Candidates should be between 3-7 PQE, have a strong academic record, and experience with international deal flows. Candidates should also be admitted in the Cayman Islands or eligible for admission in Cayman.

The law firm could offer one of the top remuneration packages in the jurisdiction, as well as premium health coverage, 25 days' annual leave, and relocation assistance (if necessary).
