The Agency has partnered with a highly-regarded offshore firm to hire a Counsel for their Corporate team in Bermuda.

This is an opportunity to join one of Bermuda’s most respected global law firms. As part of a diverse transactional team, you would be working with large global clients on a variety of cross-border transactions.

As the successful Counsel, you would be involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructures. The team also advise on governance and regulatory matters. You would also regularly be involved in the firm’s business development initiatives and contribute to the development of the firm’s corporate practice.

Requirements:

• 9+ PQE with corporate experience at a reputable international firm.
• Admission to practice in Bermuda or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
• A strong academic record.

  
The firm could offer a salary of US$250,000-$300,000 + large bonus potential. Employees also receive premium health coverage and relocation assistance (if necessary).
