A growing offshore firm is looking to hire a senior transactional lawyer into their BVI team, for a role that encompasses corporate, finance, funds and FS regulatory work, as well as digital assets/crypto matters. Experience in funds and digital assets is particularly valued. The role can be at Counsel or salaried/junior Partner level, and ambitious Senior Associates looking for a step up are very welcomed! 

This is a 6PQE+role, suitable for Ireland, UK or BVI-qualified lawyers. The firm is relaxed and collegiate, and at Counsel level, there is a clear partner track available.
