This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious senior associate to join one of the world's leading offshore law firms and advise multinational companies and top-tier onshore law firms on a broad range of corporate transactions.

You would advise on public and private M&A transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures and corporate governance.

Candidates should be 5+ PQE, have experience gained at a top-tier law firm, and solid academics.
