A highly regarded offshore law firm is looking for a 5+PQE Corporate Lawyer to join their Corporate team in Bermuda. 5+PQE Solicitors from Bermuda, the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are encouraged to apply.    

The role would be varied, advising on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, funds and fintech transactions, regulatory work and corporate governance. You would also be expected to be involved in the firm's client development initiatives, further developing existing relationships and building new client relationships in Bermuda and globally.
