The Agency is assisting a well-respected international law firm in search of a 5-8 PQE Corporate lawyer to join the firm's offices in Grand Cayman.

This role would be focused on private and public M&A, capital markets and private equity transactions. The successful candidate would client-facing, be expected to run transactions from start to finish with hands-on Partner support. 

Candidates should be around 5-8 PQE, with in-depth transactional experience gained at a top law firm. Strong academics are also essential.

The firm could offer a salary of US$200-240,000, market-leading bonus structure, premium health coverage and relocation assistance (if required).
