The Agency Legal Talent is assisting a globally recognised offshore law firm in search of an experienced Financial Services Regulatory lawyer to join its practice in the Cayman Islands.

This is arguable the leading FSR practice in the Cayman Islands. It serves some of the world’s largest financial institutions, and it would provide the opportunity for the successful candidate to work with some of the best in the business.

The successful candidate would be advising fund managers and other financial services clients on matters such as fund licensing,  digital assets, AML/CFT, Beneficial Ownership, Data Protection, FACTA/CRS, Sanctions, enforcements, and general risk management. 

The successful candidate would be client facing and regularly working hand-in-hand with the firm’s funds, finance and corporate teams to provide direct and indirect advice.

Candidates should be 6+ PQE with FSR experience at a leading law firm. Strong academics are essential.

Candidates should also be admitted in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia or Canada.
